CARLOS COSTA Carlos Costa is Full Professor and Head of the Department of Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering and Tourism (DEGEIT) of the University of Aveiro. He holds a PhD and MSc on Tourism Management (University of Surrey, UK), and a BSc on Urban and Regional Planning (University of Aveiro, Portugal). Currently, he is Head of Department, Director of the PhD Tourism Programme, Editor of the Journal of Tourism & Development, and board member of the Tourism Research Unit GOVCOPP. He is also Scientific Coordinator of the tourism spin-off company IDTOUR – Unique Solutions. |
